Lucas helped me take radical responsibility for myself, for my negative self talk, for how that negative self talk was creative negative limiting beliefs and for how those negative beliefs were perpetuating a state of victimhood that at the time felt empowered to me because it made others responsible for the pain I was carrying.
While it’s not something I am proud to say, there are times you have to literally PUSH yourself out of victimhood because while spirituality says life happens from you,
there are elements that are simply beyond your control. Those elements beyond your control combined with the people that enter and exit your life based upon their own free will can make you question why Source/Universe/God has put you in certain situationships where you feel like you’re paddling up chocolate creek without a popsicle stick and then you start spiraling into the abyss of WHY ME. And it can be difficult to remove yourself out of the blackhole you created for yourself
So when Lucas showed me how to change the words around how I was speaking about myself and to use those words to create another story about who I am and my abilities
It really opened the floodgates and showed me how I needed to speak more life into my life.

I was at a challenging point at the beginning stages of starting a business, and I needed guidance on how to overcome imposter syndrome and money stories that were no longer serving me. For years I struggled with depression, low self-esteem, and low confidence. Growing up in an African household, I was taught that men are strong and should never show any weakness. This way of thinking and mentality led to self-sabotage and suicidal thoughts. I read a lot of self-help books and worked with a counselor for some time yet I felt like I was going in circles.
I met Lucas through a mutual friend in early February of 2022. From the moment we connected I knew I had a friend. Lucas is so full of knowledge and wisdom he is also so easy to talk to. Working with a life coach was new to me and I didn't know what to expect. He came up with a coaching plan tailored to me and my personal goals and needs.
Since I started working with Lucas, I started noticing changes very quickly. I implemented what I learned in our coaching sessions and I can comfortably say my life is completely changed.
